Art is life.

As far back as I can remember, I have been making things. I would be drawing or painting late into the night only to wake the next morning and want to start building something in my Dad's garage.

This love of creating things and working with my hands had been my inspiration to attend art school, and ultimately developed my passion for photography. I feel a special connection with the wet plate collodion process, as I have my hand in each part of making an image. I mix all of my own chemistry, build/repair cameras, and engineer equipment that fit my specific needs.
