No physical item will be shipped and there are no shipping costs for any items posted in my shop. Items sold are digital / printable files only. Files will be personally emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Please allow 24–48-hour response time and up to 3 business days for customized order purchases: invitations, wedding signs, announcements, etc.

Keep in mind that computer monitors / printers vary in displaying color from one another. Final printed colors may not match the screen to print 100%. Print quality depends on the type of printer and paper used. If printing from home, it is recommended to use a heavier stock than regular paper. Trimming will be necessary on the final print. You can opt for professional printing services such as Staples, Vista Print, Overnight Prints, etc. I do not offer printing services currently.

If you plan on taking files to a professional print shop, I will reformat your files to include any bleed and crop marks as needed. I am not held accountable for any printing problems. If you have a problem with your file, please contact me immediately.

All designs are property of Ivory + Cane's and may not be altered or edited in any way. You provide the details, and I will do all the work for you. Oh, so simple!

No. All items are for personal use only. Sharing or forwarding files is strictly prohibited. Files may not be copied, mass-produced commercially, resold, or re-distributed in any manner for profitable gain.

The only time one may print copies is when printing multiple copies of invitations, announcements, birth announcements, and cards to send out to friends and family members.
