How fast do you ship?
I craft to order and dispatch in 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Message me before purchase, I’ll confirm what’s possible.
Is everything handmade?
Yes. Every ring is made to order by me at a small London bench, cut, soldered, filed, polished, engraved. No factories, no mass-production.
Do you accept cancellations?
Yes, within 2 days of purchase (before I start making your ring).
Can I return my ring?
7-day returns for non-personalised rings. Buyer pays return shipping. Personalised items (engraved or custom specs) are non-returnable, except if faulty.
What counts as “personalised”?
Any ring made to your specific size/width/finish or with engraving.
What if the size isn’t perfect?
Free resize at any time. Small return-postage fee has to be covered by you. Message me for instructions.
How do I find my size?
I size to UK letters and convert from US/EU. Half sizes available. I can sent ring size conversion chart upon request.
Engraving details
Up to 35 characters. A–Z, 0–9, & . ♥ accepted. Enter text exactly as you want it engraved.
What metals do you use?
Solid 9k / 14k / 18k yellow, rose or white gold. Nickel-safe alloys. Recycled gold on request.
