I am so terribly sorry about the lack of urgency that has been made when it comes to orders in the last couple of weeks, to be honest I have been struggling the most I have in a while due to maintaining college education, orders and a lot more stuff behind the scenes.. if you need/want to understand more please have a look at my pinned post on IG under @that_sasso :)

Though this is unfortunate I am still trying my best to get through for people’s headbands after seeing just how much it helps people and gives them more confidence to get into cosplay, everyone’s patience means everything to me as someone who is struggling heavily and I will do my best to pull through with remaining orders. :D

One thing I ask is that please do not take any of this personally as if it’s your fault, it’s no one’s fault in any situation. As I am the only person that has been running this shop, making the headbands, taking them to the posting and everything else it takes to run a small business it has been very hard to keep on top of after it’s quite frankly massive growth in the last year and that is absolutely insane to me, and yet I am thankful for it in every situation.

Please please get in touch if you are one of the orders that is left, I very much wish to compensate every single person that has been affected by this, thank you all 💙
