Absolutely!

Personal and commercial licensing are included....with one exception. You cannot resell my graphics in any digital form.

You may use them in any physical form including but not limited to printing, cutting, making t-shirts, cards, decorations, etc. You may use in their original or modified state.

However if you are using to sell for ANY digital item, whether modified or not, you may not use my graphics.

Please remember to unzip the zipped folder first.

Open the unzipped file from within your editing program by noting the below:

SVG - Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition
DXF - Silhouette Studio
EPS - Make The Cut, also for vector use in several design programs.
PNG - For printing and web use. .png is a universal file format. Some most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. A free, web-based program option is Google Docs. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs.

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the file I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. I do try to help the best I can if you are experiencing problems with your download, so please reach out.

Your purchases are stored on your Etsy account. Simply log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download buttonwill appear under past purchases next to your Style & Stencil purchase. NOTE: You CANNOT be on the Etsy app to see this button. You have to be on a your mobile browser or a computer.

You should have also received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. This is something I have no control over so be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy. From this method, simply click on the link in the email.

Etsy is in control of payment and unfortunately, I cannot help with this. Your quickest and best solution is to contact Etsy, especially when the order reflects “Processing”. If you message me, I can tell you whether it went through or not or if it’s still processing but this is all. I cannot push through or refund orders that say “processing”, so if it’s doing this, contact Etsy customer service.

Another way to verify if the order went through is to look on your Etsy account under "You" and then "Purchases and Reviews".
