1 out of 5 starsSeller shipped item fast and that's where the positives end. The sweater was pilling on arrival with pulled threads. The sleeves were also straight rather than the butterfly shape. Seller would not honour their refund policy and stopped communicating. Don't waste your money here.

1 out of 5 starsTook weeks to receive. Does not look like the picture. Clearly states in multiple places that exchanges and returns are accepted. Seller refused an exchange when I requested one. Told me I was welcome to purchase another at full price. No thanks? I sent them screenshots of their return policy and they sent me the address (in pakastan) that I could send it back to without an official return slip or any way of assuring I would get my money back for returning. I asked if I could at least get a discount if I purchased a different one and they stopped responding altogether. Definitely would not recommend this seller. They do not accept exchanges/returns as their policy states.
