Frequently asked questions
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
If you encounter problems with your order such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence for us to review.
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free.
What if my order arrives faulty?
If the mistake is on our side after reviewing the issue, we'll bear all costs.
What if my order goes to the wrong address?
If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient
address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return.
Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses, only partial refunds may be available.
What happens if my order says "delivered" but has not arrived?
If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from our side as much as possible, but replacement costs may not be covered.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We do not currently accept order cancellations.
What are the Production and Shipping times for orders?
Production Time: 1-3 days (Usually 2 days)
Shipping Time: 2-5 days (Usually 3 days)
