Every project begins with pre-washed fabric and prepared supplies.
Every piece is trimmed (here is a neckline curve), then pressed.
Seams are professionally finished to prevent fraying.
Thread tails from serging the seams are woven into the end for a secure finish.
When completed the item is grouped together (here a dress, bloomers and headband) in preparation for shipping.

In the beginning......

It all started when I inherited totes of fabric from my mother when she moved. It was a variety of started projects, small and large pieces of fabric, thread, quilting templates, patterns, notions.

I had owned a business years ago making handmade angels and selling them at craft fairs.

After I got married we moved several times and I had packed all my sewing supplies away. I had missed the creativity and relaxation that I experienced when sewing ~ So out of storage came my sewing machine, Overlock and supplies.
