Frequently asked questions
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Production and Shipping Time
Production time: 1–5 business days (usually 2 days).
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (usually 3 days).
Wrong Address
If an address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
The buyer is responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
Shipments that go unclaimed are also returned to our facility, and the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost Orders in Transit
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Don’t worry—we’ll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Tracking Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Get It
StyleTeeShirts cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
In some cases, packages are left in unexpected locations (e.g., “under the table on the back porch”).
Please check with your carrier directly for more details.
Custom and Personalized Orders

Place an order and leave us a note with your unique request—we’ll make it happen!
Custom Proof Approval:
For all custom orders, a digital proof/mockup is sent for your approval.
To avoid delays in your order, we have established the following policy:
Initial Proof: The initial proof is sent immediately after your order is placed.
Reminder: If no reply is received within 48 hours, a follow-up reminder message will be sent.
Final Action: If a reply is still not received within 48 hours of the follow-up reminder, the order will be sent to production exactly as per the last proof provided. At this point, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange due to design placement, size, or color approval.
