How long Will it take to get my order?

Processing time for orders typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Allow for additional time for shipping.


Other factors such as stock issues may delay the processing time of your order. You will be contacted to see if there are suitable alternatives or to give any information on restocking of items.


Holidays can extend processing and delivery times. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about your order.

What if I never received my order?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [jay@styleuniversal.net] noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

What if I receive a damaged item?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. If you contact me within a few hours of purchase I can update your order.

Where does my order get shipped from?

I have partnered with several printers in different locations so depending on where you are located is where your item will ship from. My partners are located in California, North Carolina, Texas, Riga Latvia, and Ontario Canada.

Can I request expedited shipping?

No, expedited shipping options are not available.

Can I leave you address corrections, design changes, or additional information in the notes such as delivery date requests?

No. If you need to change an address message me directly. If you have requests for design changes message me first.

Notes on the orders are not always seen in time to make the changes.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Contact me for any promo codes I may have available.

Do you accept returns?

I only accept returns for items that have unused and in their original packaging. If you would like to return an item, please contact me and let me know what the issue is that prompted the return.

Contact me within 3 days of your order being marked as delivered to initiate a return. If an item is defective or damaged you must provide photos of the item with the shipping receipt before a return will be accepted.
