4 out of 5 starsThe item I received was not the item I wanted. What was pictured was not the same that was made for me. The seller did say that the material I wanted was not in stock. Seller started making outfit before hearing from me. I would suggest that an outfit should not be made until seller hears back from the purchaser. The design of the material is not fitting of my taste. I don't like anything with flowers on it. The outfit shown was better. The quality of item received is good. Customer service was good even though I did not get what I truly wanted.

3 out of 5 starsThe fabric as shown was not available, the alternative looked ok on camera but when it came, it was a dull fabric. The tailing was neat but the hands it not come exact. I could not wear it to the occasion I wanted. I had to find another outfit. It is now a white elephant in my closet. Money wasted.

1 out of 5 starsThis was the oddest experience I've ever had on Etsy. I ordered a dress as pictured for my daughter. The seller informed me the fabric pictured wasn't available. I declined the other options and said we'd like to cancel. She refused to accept that. I never gave her measurements (and told her we would get the dress made locally instead). Nonetheless, she made and shipped a dress. It doesn't fit (of course since we never sent her measurements) and the fabric is very different from the design pictured. Etsy kindly issued a refund and I've offered to return the dress. Sadly will not be back to this shop.
