I had a great experience with this seller! My plants arrived quickly, although my initial delivery was missing one of the plants I ordered & included a different plant that I didn’t order. I contacted the seller, they responded quickly & sent the correct plant right away. They also allowed me to keep the plant that was sent in error. One of the plants I received looked a little puny when it arrived. I thought it would recover but it continued to deteriorate. I notified the seller & since that particular plant was no longer in stock they promptly refunded me for it. I really appreciate how quickly the seller responded to my messages and, even more importantly, how quickly they resolved each issue. Their customer service was excellent, and they truly stood behind their products. I would definitely purchase from this seller again!
