Care instructions
* Remove your jewelry before going to the beach, bed, spa, or pool to prevent damage or wear.

* To maintain its shine, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth when needed.
* Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place—preferably in a pouch or box—to protect it from moisture and scratches.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not include an invoice or a receipt, each piece made by us comes with its own box and a card inside.

Sizing details
Bracelets are available in multiple sizes. If you require a custom size that is not listed - please leave a note with your required "wrist size" when you make purchase, and I will make the bracelet accordingly.
If you are unsure of your size, measure your wrist with a measuring tape (or if you don't have that, a piece of string and ruler will do). Please check 4th picture to see how to measure your wrist. When making bracelet, I go up around 0.5" from the wrist length you provide to ensure comfortable wear.
"Ship by" date and "Delivery" date
Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
You will see the expected ship by date on your invoice. Please add 3-5 business days (Domestic) / 7-14 business days (International) after the expected ship by date, this is to estimate the actual delivery date.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
Your time depends fully on the carrier, hence we cannot guarantee the delivery time. You can the USPS tracking service to find your expected delivery date. It’s that simple!
Business days?
Business days start from Monday to Friday, public holidays and weekend are excluded.
Please, Saturdays, Sundays or any national holidays should not be counted when calculating your shipping time.
Returns
We accept returns on all of our items. Please understand that all of our items are handmade and we make all of our pieces once we get your order. Refund will be provided after deducting following fees:
1. Shipping and handling
2. Artisan labor cost ($2 per item)
