▪️What type of printing do you use?
All designs are professionally printed using Direct to Garment (DTG) or Direct to Film (DTF) printing depending on the garment type to ensure the best quality, durability, and appearance.
DTG printing allows the ink to absorb directly into the fabric fibers, creating a soft feel with a smooth, breathable finish that won’t feel heavy on the shirt.
DTF printing produces vibrant, high-detail designs that are professionally heat applied for excellent durability and color vibrancy while still maintaining flexibility and comfort.
We use premium water-based, non-toxic inks that are OEKO-TEX® certified, Eco-Passport certified, and CPSIA compliant, meaning they are safe for adults and children.
▪️Which size should I pick?
I offer different brands and in each listing there are size charts available. Take your favorite shirt and compare the measurements on the size chart available.
▪️Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is custom printed just for you therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizing charts carefully.
❣️ If there are any issues with your items please message me right away and I will be happy to refund you or send you a replacement!
▪️Do you offer gift messaging?
At this time we do not offer gift messaging however we hope to be able to add this in the near future!
▪️How fast will my order ship?
Most items are processed within 2-5 business day. Some items may take up to 7 business days. Most items are shipped with USPS and once you receive your tracking information you should receive your item in 2-5 business days.
▪️Can I get my order faster?
I do offer upgrades for expedited shipping however some items may still require up to 7 business days for processing. Regular shipping is 2-5 business days, Expedited shipping is 2 business days. Each item I offer and location will determine the additional cost for this upgrade. Please message me if you require an item by a certain date.

▪️Washing instructions - Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dryclean. Please turn your shirt inside out prior to washing to extend the life of your print.
