I affectionately call my work place the “empire of dirt” ( homage to the late Johnny Cash). Located in Vista, CA, amongst several other small communities that together are known as “North County” (San Diego), we have the ideal hot, dry and foggy climate characteristic of the succulents native homelands.

Making "living art" from succulents is popular here but each "artist" put s their own spin on their creations. Most of my pieces are custom made to order which means about a month of wait time for the customer! So I offer some quicker alternatives for those whose need is more pressing. I also like to offer several price points to fit most pocketbooks.

Educating people about plant care is a necessary part of this business. And I love to teach them to make their own artworks, helping them in any way I can.

Running a full time business isn’t easy per se but with all the tutorials supplied by Etsy they make it much harder to fail!
