Shipping:
We ship your orders 1-5 days after the payment Monday through Friday, except for weekends and Holidays. We try to ship out all orders asap and all cuttings are freshly cut on the day they are shipped to you to provide the best quality. Please verify that the shipping address is correct as shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address or lost packages.
Refunds and exchanges:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. However, please contact us the same day you receive the package and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please include photos of the box and your order. We reserve the right to deny the claim if this is not done.

4 out of 5 starsI received several plants from this seller. They were all very nice good quality plants. However, what they send is not what the picture looks like. I'm guessing the photos are stock photos of some sort because they are not what they are distributing. The seller really needs to also post a photograph of what is being sent to customers. I spent quite some time being a detective, trying to figure out which of the several plants I had belong to which plant in my order because they were all green or a subtle other shade that was not reflected in the pictures. That was very frustrating. It also would've helped if they were labeled. Overall I think the plants are very pretty and nice but I'm not happy that the pictures misrepresent what you're receiving and it's confusing to figure out what's what.
