What are our order production time and the estimated shipping times ?
1.All custom jewelry is to order. Our production time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date your order is confirmed.
2.Shipping times
UK:Estimated 2–4 business days
US: Estimated 3–6 business days.
International shipping: Estimated 3–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
What are our policies for custom orders and order modifications?
Most of detailed customization and personalized request can be left on a buyer's note when checking out.
1.We accept custom requests (engraving, size adjustments, material changes...) — please message us before placing your order to confirm feasibility and pricing.
2.Order modifications (changing text, size, color...) can only be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once production has started, no further changes can be made.
Care instructions
Avoid chemicals (perfume, lotion) & remove before water/activity.
Store in a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth after wear.
