I guess the shop was sold after I ordered my umbrella so I contacted the shop a week after it said it was supposed to be shipped and never heard back. I waited until over a month after I originally ordered to send another message and then finally got a response. At least the old shop owner was nice enough to still send out the umbrella and gave me a refund. That was appreciated.
