Suffolk Threads

Shop policies

Last updated on December 17, 2025
Welcome to Suffolk Threads. Suffolk has a rich history when it comes to yarn and cloth - wool, silk, hemp and flax were all part of a thriving medieval cloth trade. With my own heritage linked to French Huguenout weavers and lacemakers that settled in East Anglia and London, it's little wonder that I'm drawn to all-things textile.

Suffolk Threads is about that local history and my heritage - selected yarns woven or knitted to make contemporary pieces using hand-made and traditional techniques in the beautiful setting of a timber-framed Tudor farmhouse in a vibrant Suffolk village.

You are assured of exclusive or limited-edition items for you, yours and your home.
