1. Log into your account on Etsy and click on your profile in the top right corner of your screen where it says "You."

2. Click on "Purchases and reviews."

3. Scroll down to find your order and on the right-hand side, click "Download files."

4. Your files should begin downloading to your browser or desktop. If they download to your browser, drag and drop them onto your desktop and then double click the files to open them!

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer printing services. Included in each of our digital template that are meant to be printed out (our business card templates, label templates, etc) are links to two of our most favorite and reliable online printing companies that we know and love. You can print your edited templates at one of our two recommended printers, at your local print shop, or at home by using label paper or business card paper!

Because of the nature of all of our products being digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for our products at this time. Once your payment is processed, your purchase is non-refundable. Please take your time to read the descriptions of the item(s) that you are purchasing before making a purchase.
