As the oldest of 14 grandkids I would often sit on the counter while my grandmother and great-grandmother would bake. I remember fondly being given samples of Kolache dough as they were rolled out. It is from this experience that my love of baking was born.
However; it was a combination of my ADD, extreme attention to detail, and desire to make everything THE absolute best tasting; that I began to experiment with baking and recipe creation. This life-long learning and experimentation has lead me to produce some of the absolute best tasting and unique flavor combinations and products available.
