Dreams Come True
Mom and I always have sewn together. She made most of my and my siblings "special" outfits when we were children. As we grew she made our Halloween outfits and costumes for various recitals and performances.
Well years went by and when grandchildren started to arrive Mom again started sewing. I was always interested in crafting, creating and generally arty-ness (is that a word)? and started to consider what I could add to Mom's designs? My answer, MONOGRAMS! I love monograms everywhere and on everything! After some long nights and watching lots of you-tube video on how to appliqué/monogram and with a little seed money SUGAR Monogramming was born!
Our shop is currently in Mom's house and we work side by side, with my two young children in tow! We are truly a small family run business! My sister travels to help us once a month, my aunts pitch in when they can, my in-laws are the babysitters, my cousin does the graphic designing, my husband offers his IT know-how and well...Mom and I handle about everything else!
We can't believe how much we have learned and how quickly our shop has grown in just the past year.
I want to say thank you, thank you , thank you from the bottom of my heart for each and every customer that has helped our dreams come true!
