Due to the items being handmade, all purchases are final. However, if you have a problem with your item or damage during shipping please contact me immediately or within 5 business days upon receiving your shipment and I will review on a case by case basis.

I accept all major credit cards via Etsy, Paypal and Etsy giftcards. I do not not have any access to credit card information as all transactions are made through Etsy. Your item will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.

Your item will be shipped to the listed address on your Etsy or Paypal account so please make sure it is correct!

I take care to pack your item carefully in a sturdy box and secure it inside. You may elect to use the box as storage when not in use.

I ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days and depending on your location it may take anywhere from 4-10 BUSINESS days to receive your item. Please keep that in mind when placing your order. I also have a link in my shop if you need your order RUSHED! Just add the link to your cart when you purchase your wreath for the additional shipping.

I ONLY ship to the United States.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO usually requires additional shipping charges and longer shipping times so please contact me prior to purchase.

I use several different shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the size of the package, the distance it has to travel and cost of the actual shipping.

If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact me immediately. I can not guarantee delivery of your package if it has been lost or stolen, only that your package has been shipped from my location to your delivery location.

If your package has been tracked via the carriers as delivered and if it is unfortunately stolen from your door or delivery area, it is not the responsibility of Sugar Tree Decor to replace it as I have done my part by shipping your item. Please file a local police report for the theft and file a claim with the carrier if applicable.

To confirm delivery when you place your order you may elect to request a SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY which ensures an adult must be present to sign for the package. Please indicate so in the "message to seller" box when you place your order otherwise it will not be shipped that way as there an additional fee that is charged prior to shipment. If it is not indicated in the "message to seller" box when purchased then your package will be sent without it.

Weather Care:
My wreaths are made with care! Decorations are wired and/or hot glued on the wreath for durability. Please protect your wreath from direct sunlight, moisture and wind. It is recommended you hang your wreath under a porch or overhang to protect it from the outdoor elements or hang it indoors.

The deco mesh and grapevine wreaths are durable however, the direct sun and outdoor elements will fade and age your wreath over time as in anything left outside. It is common for mesh to fray, you may elect to cut off the frayed strings which will not harm the wreath. Typically your wreath should last you a few seasons and customers generally change out their wreaths every couple years.

Wreath Storage:
When storing your wreath not in use you may elect to use the box it was shipped in or store in a wreath bag. You can purchase large wreath bags from Amazon. Typically the plastic wreath boxes are too small unless they are extra large. You may even use an extra- extra large trash can liner to keep the dust off. Use a dryer sheet inside your box or bag to keep out the critters...they don't like it!

The wreath should be stored in a Climate Controlled Room such as a closet or inside room. Storing your wreath in an attic, basement or garage can cause it to become susceptible to extreme heat or cold which will cause the paint on some decorations to crack and/or peel and styrofoam decorations to possibly melt. Expanding and/or contracting of the decorations or wreath can cause items to become loosened or dislodged over the lifetime of the wreath. If these things do occur down the road...don't worry they can be fixed and reattached by using a hot glue gun you can purchase at any craft store. Don't be afraid to perk up your wreath if you need to by adjusting ribbons and flowers.
