From Baker to Cookie Cutter Designer!
I started cookie decorating at very young age and what started as a competition with my brothers to see who could pile on the most icing has turned into a career.
I quickly realized that the little details make all the difference. The right cutter can make decorating feel effortless, while the wrong cutter can can turn a fun project into an exercise in frustration (especially when it comes time to handle the fragile cookie dough shapes or clean the hard-to-reach parts of the cutters)
That realization was why I started designing. I wanted to feel confident in the kitchen!
Every cutter in my shop begins as a hand drawn sketch, and I spend far more time refining shapes than I would honestly prefer to admit😅
I love creating designs that are not only cute, but practical too. Clean lines, thoughtful proportions and shapes that are actually enjoyable to decorate are just as important to me as the artwork itself.
As my own decorating journey evolved, so did my designs. I began including the original artwork alongside my cutters because I know every Cookier creates differently. Some love the challenge of hand decorating, while others use edible image printers or projectors to bring their cookies to life. How ever you create, I want my designs to give you a great starting point.
My hope is that when you open one of my files, you feel confident. Confident that they'll help you create cookies you're proud to sell, gift, or share.
Thank you for letting my little corner of creativity become part of yours. It truly means the world to me and I can't wait to see what you create!
I would love it if you would join my Sugared Grace Designs Group on facebook and share your cookie work🩵
