Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns of personalized or custom orders.
We do accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information when your order ships out.
My order was returned to sender, what can I do?
In the event your package was returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete shipping address, incorrect shipping address, or if the package was refused, we can resend it to a correct and confirmed address but the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us via Etsy messages within 24 hours of placing your order with the updated address.
Can I change an existing order?
Please contact us via Etsy messages within 24 hours of placing your order to request any changes. Once an order has already been sent for production it cannot be changed.
Can I see a design proof of my order before it is made?
Yes, please add on the "Receive a Design Proof" upgrade at checkout to receive a mockup of your design. You can make changes to it before the case is sent for production.
What does the limited Lifetime Warranty cover?
Lifetime guarantee covers against the design fading or rubbing off and random snapping or breakage of the case. However regular wear & tear damage such as scratches or force inflicted breaks are not covered.
