1. a) Since free shipping is provided on all the items, the buyer has to bear the shipping charges in case of any returns.
b) Free shipping will not be provided on any exchanged items. Buyer has to pay for both return shipping and exchange shipping.
b) If the buyer provides the wrong shipping address then he/she must pay shipping charges to re-sent the item back to the buyer.
