I really appreciate this scent - I've never been to Hawaii but this sandalwood makes me think of hot, very tropical, beautiful, earthy, environment. The scent leans more toward the masculine side in my opinion but sometimes that's the vibe I'm going for. I never wear it alone and like to layer it with another fragrance to girl it up a bit. A little goes a looooong way and the bottle will last a while. It lingers on the skin most of the day if not all day. This is really good one for sandalwood lovers.

The Awapuhi perfume oil is such a lovely fragrance; delicate, floral and fresh, it is perfect for the upcoming warmer months. At the top of a cliff or mountain, I throw a Shaka! "Shaka" is used to convey the "Aloha Spirit" and is Hawaii's most well-known hand gesture. An expression of friendly intent often used to express "Howzit", "Thanks" or "Right On".

Born and raised in Hawaii, now I reside on the east coast USA! I love ice climbing, rock climbing, crack climbing, skiing, winter hiking, and golf. Growing up in Hawaii I spent all my time outdoors. But I totally love being outdoors and the creations in my store reflect that.
