Sumwise respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

**Information I collect**

To complete your order, Etsy may provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, order details, the product purchased, and any information you voluntarily provide through Etsy Messages.

I do not receive or store your complete payment-card information. Payments are processed by Etsy and its payment providers.

**Why I need your information**

I use your information only as necessary to:

* Provide and deliver your purchased digital products
* Respond to questions and provide customer support
* Maintain transaction records
* Resolve disputes
* Comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations

**Sharing of personal information**

I share personal information only when reasonably necessary:

* With Etsy, as required to provide services and comply with Etsy’s policies
* With trusted service providers used to deliver or support your digital purchase
* When required by law, court order, or another valid legal process

I do not sell buyers’ personal information.

**Marketing communications**

Purchasing from Sumwise does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. I will not use your personal information for unsolicited advertising or add you to an outside mailing list without your separate consent. **Data retention**

I retain order and communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide customer support and satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, and Etsy requirements. Information that is no longer needed will be securely deleted when reasonably possible.

**Transfers outside your country**

Sumwise is based in the United States. Buyers outside the United States should understand that their information may be processed through Etsy or necessary service providers located in the United States or other countries with different data-protection laws.

**Your rights**

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to the use of, or request deletion of personal information I hold about you.
