Ordered this wig with the description saying that the knots were bleached and they weren't. Had to do more work than I planned with this wig but overall the hair itself is decent quality. I made this complaint to them back on Aug 11th and so far haven't heard anything so I had to show this down. - Edit - I changed the review from 3 to 5 as they did get back in touch with me and we've come to a resolution.

The hairpiece was great for the price. I liked how it wasn't too bulky and looked natural. My client had a side parting and it worked for a side parting as well. It blended well with her hair. She has thinning hair on the top, asian, medium texture. Her hair is dyed to a level 4 and the piece matched perfectly.
