All the items that i have listed on my page are handcrafted and specially made, so preparing time for those items will be 3-5 business days (business days is simply non-weekend days) i hold this time for making new products to add to my shop. Just make sure that you are comfortable with that time frame before placing order. I appreciate you patience and support!! ❤️

SHIPPING: Once a package is shipped and the tracking reflected on the transaction, it is out of my hands. I have no control of the package after it is handed to shipping company. Some delay from shipping company is possible because of pandemic they are understaffed. If you notice your package has not moved in a while, please contact the shipping company for details.
Unfortunately, and as much as I want to, I can not resend lost packages. As a small business I just can not afford to do so like larger companies.

CANCELLED ORDERS: Any personalized order cannot be cancelled. Cause it is made according to your will. Other than that If you need to cancel any order, that is completely understandable. These are hard times and it happens, but please understand that when you cancel an order fees are not refunded by Etsy and we take a loss every time you cancel an order. Depending on the circumstances if I cancel an order I may block you from purchasing from my store again. This is not meant to be mean, or malicious but to protect myself.
