Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Please place your order by December 9th to receive by Christmas 2025. If an order is placed after the December 9th cutoff date, there is a chance it may arrive after Christmas.
Please be aware that during the busy holiday season delays with my production partners or delivery carriers may occur. Once packages are in transit, shipping issues are unfortunately beyond my control.
What should I do if my item is damaged or I receive the wrong item?
We want you to love your order! While damaged and incorrect items are uncommon, if there is an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Issues reported after this 30 day period are not eligible for replacement or refund.
