You can also reach us through Etsy Messages to this shop.

2. What data we receive
When you buy, Etsy passes us your name, your email address, your billing address and the details of your order. If you message us, we receive your messages. We never see your payment details; Etsy processes payments.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To deliver your files, your license and support for your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records as German law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To prevent fraud, handle disputes and confirm a license if you or a third party asks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).
We do not send marketing emails, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything else.

4. File downloads
Your Download PDF links to a download page served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare R2 storage in the EU and Cloudflare Workers). When you download, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request to deliver the file and keep the service secure. We set no cookies and use no tracking on that page. Cloudflare acts as our processor; transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

5. Who else receives data
Etsy, which runs the marketplace (see Etsy's own privacy policy); Cloudflare for file delivery; our tax advisor and the tax authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.

6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: as long as German tax law requires (up to 10 years). Messages: as long as needed to answer you and to handle any later questions about the order. Your Etsy order number stays your proof of license.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To use your rights, write to info@tiborczekay.com or message us on Etsy.
