How will you send my order?

If your address will need extra fee for shipping via UPS/DPD we will choose Polish Post as a standard shipping. This option will take longer to get to you so if you like, please contact us to check what carier we can offer you.

When will you send my order?

All our products are made to order and we need some time to prepare it for you. In avery listing you can check this time or you can contact us. If you need your order asap plase let us know before buying.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We live in Poland, in a village near Krakow. All orders are sending from workplace in our home.

How will my order be shipped?

It will be send via UPS or DPD. Delivery time dependence on place you live. For EU it will be 2-5 days, for rest of the World 5-9 days. This time can be longer before Christmas.

What if m order is damage?

If you received damage item please contact me immediately. I won't be able to fix the problem if you wait too long. I also need photos of the damage and photos of the package. Only with this I can fill a complaint in delivery company. If they accept it you will get full refund or new item. You can also send the package back to us on your cost and we will fix the problem.
