We ship orders Monday - Friday mornings. Adjustments to our shipping times are made on weeks with Holidays (if it is a postal service Holiday, we won't be shipping that day). If you have specific needs, send us a message. We would be happy to help!
Shipping timelines are NOT guaranteed. That is what the post office recommends. However, once we have turned it over to them, we can't be responsible for what they do. The postal service doesn't make any delivery time guarantees.

Returns and exchanges: You are welcome to send an item back for a return or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returns. Exchanges for a different item don't have a fee.
