Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on volume and time of day, it is possible for some orders to ship same-day. If you need your order rushed please contact us beforehand to determine if this is possible.

Please be very precise when entering your instructions as any questions we have may delay your order. If we do need to contact you for clarification, we will do so via email or phone (if you provide a number).

Generally we only send a proof if we feel we need your approval, especially for custom or large orders. This ensures that most orders ship as quickly as possible. However, you can always specifically request a proof. If a proof is sent, your order will not be processed until it has been approved by you. Thus, if your order is time-sensitive, please make sure to review the proof as soon as we have emailed it to you.

All of our products are enclosed in clear cellophane sleeves or acrylic boxes. Orders marked as gifts will also have a silver ribbon and an optional personal gift message, printed on a silver card, can be included as well.

For shipping we use sturdy mailers and corrugated boxes to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.

Most of our listings already have several customization options including choice of ink colors and font styles, layout changes, as well as using your own artwork such as a logo, sketch, photo, or any other graphic design. For custom creations tailored to your specific needs and ideas, please contact us to discuss.

The colors you see on your screen should closely match the printed colors. However, due to different screen technologies and settings, slight variances are possible. It is also important to note that the vibrancy, brightness, and hue of ink itself depends on the lighting conditions and type of light (daylight or artificial) it is viewed in.

No, the back side of our cards is always blank. We do not print any logo or watermark anywhere. If you would like your own logo or custom text printed on the back, we can do so for a small surcharge.

Yes, all of our paper creations are handmade with care in our family-owned studio in sunny Florida. We design and print each order in-house on a professional high-resolution printing press for rich colors and sharp text. All of our paper stock is sustainably sourced and our supplies come from American companies. We're proud to be 100% "Handmade in the USA".
