I am able to answer queries between 9am - 9pm Mountain Standard Time Mondays - Fridays (I work in the morning -- may be able to answer but not able to edit files ASAP).

Editing files and sending files to email please expect it around 4pm Calgary time until 9pm.
After 9pm, expect it to be on the next day.

Sat and Sun i usually answer within the hour 9am - 9pm. I may be outside with family or in church ministry. BUT I do answer within 24hrs for sure. Message me with any concerns. Thank you.

I sell SVG, PNG and DXF files. SVG stands for scalable vector graphics so as the name implies it is "scalable". As for PNG resolution, I save at 300dpi which is already pretty good for printing on transfer papers for shirts but if you want a higher resolution I can definitely do that for you. Just leave me your email address where to send it.

Make sure your payment has been processed by Etsy before asking me why you can't download it yet. Etsy does all our transactions so I do not have any control on the confirmation of payment. Sometimes you just have to wait for a few minutes (yes, i know it says instant download but hey... it's not me :).. i have experiences though that some paypal transactions took days before it went through or was even cancelled. Just communicate with me. Thank you!

1. Have you extracted your files properly?
2. Have you opened it from your software? -- some computers do not know what program to open your svg so double clicking your svg file will show you a web browser or recognize your svg as a HTML document. YEP... have had TONS of customers ask me HOW to operate their cutting machines.

Don't get me wrong, I have been there (clueless as to how to use my machine). BUT, please do not get mad at me if you can't make it work. Have the patience and send me a message. I can help you. I will do everything I can to make it work for you. Let us work as a team with the goal of making it work.

Your phone may not recognize the program to use for your file. it will usually say file not supported. You have to have an app to unzip the file folder or just ask me to send you the svg file via email. on how to unzip from your phone click:

With every purchase, you are allowed to use the design on your physical items for up to 500 units. Should you be producing more, you will need to buy an extended license. It will be under the category LICENSE in my shop. Send me a message if you have more questions. Thank you!
