Do you offer RUSH production ?
A: Due to high order volume, our standard production time is 2-3 weeks. However, a Rush Order listing is available for purchase, which moves your order to the front of our production queue for immediate attention. Rush Production refers to PRODUCTION TIME only (the time it takes to make your sign, not shipping time). We ship orders via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Ground, depending on the most cost-effective option based on package size and destination.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
I ship all items with either UPS or USPS with insurance. Please photograph the damaged item and the box and send me at least eight pictures showing all packing materials and contents as close to being packaged as possible right away. Please take several photographs of the front and back and close-up images. Please send them to me as soon as you can. The shipping carriers will require these pictures when I file an insurance claim.

When will my order ship?
Your order's exact "Ship By" date is in your Etsy account. To find it, go to the Purchases section (or on the Etsy app, tap "YOU" then "Purchases").
Since all our signs are handmade, creating your sign takes 2-3 weeks before we ship it. Shipping time is in addition to this production time.
We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Ground, choosing the most cost-effective option based on your location and the sign's size. When your order leaves our workshop, Etsy will email you a shipping notification with tracking information.
