Do you offer RUSH production ?
My production time is 2-3 weeks right now due to a high order volume. I do have a Rush Order listing that if purchased would jump the line and I would start on it right away. This is for PRODUCTION TIME, not the shipping time. I use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping. (You may upgrade your SHIPPING TIME with USPS during checkout, in the shipping section.)

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
I ship all items with USPS Priority Mail with included insurance. Please photograph the damaged item and the box. Please take several photographs of the front and back and close-up pictures. Send them to me as soon as you can. USPS will require these pictures when I file an insurance claim.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, please message me prior to purchase to make arrangements.

When will my order ship?
**Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.

To find your Ship By Date you can click on your orders in your Etsy account. (From the Etsy app, click on YOU at the bottom, then click Purchases)
All my signs/boxes are handmade in the order in which received. Production times vary for specific items purchased some are up to 4 weeks due to high volumes of orders. For shipping, I use USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a shipping notification directly from Etsy.
