Lost package / have not received order/delays
During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Graduation, Christmas, etc.), expect longer shipping times. If your package hasn’t arrived yet:
Check your local post office with the provided tracking number. Sometimes, the package is marked as delivered but may still be with the post office for delivery on the next business day.
Ask your neighbors or household members if they received it.
Contact your post office for GPS details of the delivery location.
If stolen, file a police report.

Item arrived damaged. What now?

Custom and personalized orders
All of our items are crafted in our workshop, from cutting the paper to printing, creating the item, and packaging it for shipping. The beauty of handmade products is the care and thoughtfulness we put into each one, including lovely packaging and thoughtful extras. However, since our process is not automated, human errors can happen, and we understand this is part of the handmade experience.
If the error does not impact your use of the item, we appreciate your understanding. However, if it does affect your experience, please send us a message, and we will work together to resolve the issue.
