All of your items are carefully shipped with recycled shipping boxes and other materials. Packaging is clean, simple, and securely wrapped with love and care!♡ I also do combined shipping when you purchase 2 or more items in my shop.

To ensure a long lasting condition of your items, I recommend:
-Not to be near any trace of liquids
-Not to keep under sunlight too long
-Not to Pull or drag the item
-Not to treat item(s) roughly
-After done using the item(s) for the day, store MariCraftArt items in a jewelry box or box where no moisture or humid air could enter.

As for shipping times and days, I ship between 1-7 business days (not including weekends). Since I usually give 1 day for any cancelations, I send in your order(s) as soon as possible after payment.♡ Keep in mind, depending when you purchase your order(s), some delays will occur with: holidays, ordering by the end of the week (ex.: Friday evening or night, order will ship on Monday), or emergencies (Will notify you through Etsy if this occurs). Overall, I try to ship as soon as possible after order is made.♡♡♡

I don't accept exchanges or returns on custom sketch books or custom orders. However, I do accept cancellations within 24 hours and returns on my other ‘made-to-order’ listings. To return the item(s), they must be the same condition as delivered. Any damages made to the item(s) will affect its value. And buyer must pay for shipping.
