TexasRavenworks

Texas Ravenworks, LLC is a small private business with not enough time on their hands to delve into the dark world of stealing or misusing people's private information. Honestly, we wouldn't know the first thing about how to use whatever data you share.

The Short Version:
My mom is in her late 80's and gets scam email frequently. TXRW.com will treat your private data like it was our own mother's private information. We are doing everything possible to protect the data that may be shared during any transaction on Etsy.

So, our policy is this:
Whatever data you share with us in the process of purchasing any product, is considered by us to be your private data. We will use your name and address if we will be shipping anything to you directly. We would use your email or phone number only for requesting more information in the service of your purchase request. Your financial information is shared with Etsy and we don't even see that. In fact, we will probably only look at your data with one eye open, just to limit how many eyes see your data.

The data we do see and use will not be shared with or sold to anyone outside of Texas Ravenworks, LLC. We won't share it on the dark web or any online bulletin boards. It's YOUR data. We will borrow temporarily to use because you wanted something from us and we wanted to give it to you.

Data storage can be a tricky concept. Etsy will maintain the analytical storage of previous purchases on their system and Texas Ravenworks, LLC does not manage or maintain that. Records of sales are kept on a local computer and are not accessible to others via the internet.

Marketing emails will be delivered only to people who purposefully and specifically join our mailing list. We won't assume that you ever want to hear from us just because we have collected an email address. If you do decide to join our mailing list, we thank you and hope you share that content widely with others! But also, deciding later to unsubscribe will be so much easier that breaking up with an ex. No arguments. No backlash. Submitting 'unsubscribe' will part us until we just bump into each other in the vegetable aisle and share a friendly smile, wave, and continue an uneventful trip to the grocery store.

Real people. Real understanding of privacy.
