What happens during the painting creation process?
While your artwork is being made, we will send photos or short‑video updates for your review before shipping. Feel free to share your thoughts on colours, shadows and fine details. We will adjust the work following your feedback. We will only arrange shipment once you are fully happy with the finished oil painting. Our priority is making sure the final artwork aligns with what you expect.
What packaging choices do you offer?
- Rolled Canvas (Unstretched, No Frame)：Canvas is carefully rolled and shipped within a heavy‑duty mailing tube.
- Stretched Canvas (Hand‑Stretched, No Outer Frame)：Professionally hand‑stretched onto solid wooden inner frames. It arrives fully ready for you to hang directly on your wall without extra framing work.
- Framed Canvas (Modern Floating Frame Included)：Comes completed with a sleek modern floating frame. The whole piece is fully finished, packed securely and ready to hang right out of the box.
Will the finished painting look exactly the same as the listing pictures?
Screen displays can create minor colour differences compared to real‑world oil paintings. Every piece is 100% hand‑painted by our artists. While we stay true to the reference design, subtle natural variations will exist. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. New artworks are added to our shop regularly.
How long does it take to complete my painting?
Generally, painting preparation and completion takes approximately 1‑3 weeks, depending on the size, details, drying time, and any requested adjustments. We always aim to complete each piece carefully rather than rush the painting process.
Are these 100% hand‑painted oil paintings, not prints?
Yes. Every artwork is 100% hand‑painted with oil paints on canvas. These are not prints, digital reproductions or AI‑generated finished artworks.
