For a limited time, I've lowered the price of Birds Eye and Spalted Maple 3-pen trays. They are selling fast, and once they are gone, I won't have more in stock until after the holiday!

Currently deep in the production swing for the holiday season, and in-stock wood selection for exotic pen trays is limited. I completely sold out, and used my entire supply of Makore, Leopard, and Zebra woods. I have some beautiful Honduran Mahogany and African Ribbon Mahogany in stock and will get pictures up soon.

Lately I've been making custom pen trays for collectors with large collections looking for display organization more than a desk organization. If you're interested in a custom tray or two for display, drop me a note and we can discuss your options. Numerous wood and non-wood material are available, and many aspects of the pen tray can be customized (spacing, length, columns and rows, etc.).

The unique patterns in the wood and smooth finish give this pen tray a professional and clean look that you'll be proud to display on your desk. The leopard pattern (wood I purchased) in the wood is interesting and has variations that are mesmerizing to look at. The tray easily holds pens with clips and ones without, as well as larger and smaller pens. The touch and tip design makes it easy to get pens in and out for quick use. Highly recommend for fountain pen nerds who want to not only display their pens and have easy access but also be able to comment on the rare or unique wood that was used for their pen tray.

Bespoke Craftsmanship

I started my shop in late 2017 and have been creating fine items from wood since then. My focus is on Spanish classical guitars, made by hand, but find myself with ideas for interesting products that others might enjoy.

By trade I'm a technologist, and my love of technology is represented in my woodworking. While I do focus on hand-crafting my items, I leverage modern technologies, manufacturing ideas and concepts, and actual elbow grease for my creations. I use CNC machines extensively to ensure consistency and repeatability, but hand sand and inspect each piece individually to make sure quality is never sacrificed.
