Yes you can but there are some policies in place. Custom work does not include creation of any customer designs, only conversion of the images you provide to a laser printable form. Custom orders require an order minimum of that custom product. Timelines for custom orders will be longer than buying an item directly from the store. Custom orders must be paid in full before any creation begins.

Yes, any item on the store can be altered but the magnitude of the change will determine if a custom order listing will need to be made. Minor alterations are free of charge. Its always best to reach out with a message to ask about the change, but to give an example: changing 3-5 tokens text for AOS spells can be done but listing the exchanged text in the order notes, but if you wanted the entire 36 token set with specific faction texts it would be a custom order.

Note* Alterations will take longer than regular orders, they are also contingent on availability of acrylic color.
Note** Ordering with alteration demands without prior messaging and confirmation are not required to be fulfilled by SGD.

Yes, the tokens come as they are shown in the photos. To explain, the tokens have an etching which has paint filled into it (selected on the item screen), the tokens come without any paper attached to the front of the token. There is no peeling or paint filling on the front of the tokens/etching required by the customer. There is protective paper on the back of the token, this is standard on all single sided tokens and is optional to remove (transparent tokens are suggested to remove this paper for full transparent effect).

Double sided tokens have paper attached to the back of them which MUST be removed since they have etching and paint filled in that etching on the back. Instructions as well as a tool for paper removal is provided.
