I was super excited to get the black ice scent and it smells amazing don’t get me wrong! The only issue I had was the scent literally only lasted 8 hours… I didn’t leave the freshie in direct sunlight or anything like that. I just wish it were a fresher batch of beads.

We've sold thousand of Black Ice and other scented beads and have never had a complaint. Your batch was freshly made. Our scents once baked have lasted up to 3 months, far surpassing the average of 6 weeks. You didn't contact me regarding any problems?
