Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom orders are some of my favorites! Please message me if you have a custom request so we can get the details ironed out. I'll get started on your piece(s) as soon as your order has been placed.
Please note: custom orders may be subject to additional costs to cover the price of materials, depending on the nature of your request.
Providing a Shipping Address
Please make sure to double check your shipping address!
If there are any issues with the address you've provided (incomplete, invalid, etc.), I will contact you and ask for clarification. If I'm not able to get in touch with you in a timely manner, I will need to cancel the purchase and you'll be able to place the order again.
If an incorrect address is provided and the item is successfully delivered and not returned to me, unfortunately, I will not be able to send a new replacement item for free to your correct address. In the event the item is returned to me, I will ask you to pay for the new shipping label.
When will I start making your custom piece?
After we have ironed out all the details, I will begin creating your custom piece only after your order has been officially placed and payment has been received.
