We will NOT be processing ANY handmade orders between June 15 to June 21, 2021. We will resume handmade order processing on June 22, 2021 in the order in which received. If you need an item during this time, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to see if we can help. Any handmade order placed during this time, and without prior arrangements made to process sooner, will be processed beginning on June 22, 2021. Digital items will be sent within 48 hours.


NO RUSH ORDERS will be accepted during this time. All inquiries will be answered within 48 hours. Any order placed during this time will ship AFTER June 22, 2021 in the order in which it was received. Please order carefully!

Weekend orders and inquiries will be addressed on the next business day. Once as order has been shipped we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Weather delays are beyond our control and no refunds will be issued for orders that are delayed by the carrier.

CHOCOLATE ORDERS: All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Items are frozen when they leave us, but will thaw shipping in standard packaging. We are not responsible for any breaks or damage in shipping. We recommend having the order shipped to an address where it can be retrieved immediately and stored in a cool place.

MOST orders will process and ship within 4-6 business days when they are no production blackout dates. Please be advised that custom order processing time may vary based on the nature of the order. Processing time may take longer due to material delays caused by Covid-19. Digital items will be sent within 24-48 due to the need to personalize. Holidays and high demand may delay processing. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: Please inquire before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your timeline. It is your responsibility to ensure that your needs can be met PRIOR to placing your order. NO REFUNDS will be issued on orders that have already been placed and paid for. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any digital items under any circumstances. It becomes the responsibility of the client to track orders once we have shipped them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
