The items will be shipped from Athens, Greece within 3-5 working days after payment.
Custom listings may take longer than 5 working days to dispatch, this will be agreed in your custom listing and will follow these guidelines.
Shipping will be made through Greek Post Office and only via Registered Mail, which is the best way to ensure a safe trip of your item, as the registered packages are traceable. A tracking number is provided once item is shipped and you will have to sign when receiving your package. In case nobody's at home, your package will remain at your local post office, waiting for you to pick it up.
Please note that if a buyer fails to receive the registered package (usually a 15-day period) and it returns back to me, the buyer is responsible to pay the additional shipping cost for the package to be re-sent.
Packages sent worldwide may take longer time to arrive. Delivery time is estimated
-5-8 working days for European countries
-8-15 working days for US and Canada, but they may be delayed more than that due to American customs legislation
-2 to 4 weeks to the rest of the world, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes or custom fees in case there are.

In custom orders preparation time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Once it is made I will send you photos of your personalized creation and upon approval I will send you within 4 working days. If there is no communication within two days, it will be considered as non approval and will not be prepared for shipment.
