I need something in a hurry, what are my options?
There are shipping upgrades to speed up the transit time. You can also contact us through Etsy and we’ll see what we can do to send it out sooner.
My package was sent back to Sweenks. What should I do?
Please contact us but we'll also contact you when we receive it. We are happy to resend the item. There will be a shipping charge to send it out the second time.
What if there is a problem with my order? What is you return/exchange policy?
Blank unengraved items may be returned in new condition for a refund or exchange. Any item returned will have a 20% processing fee for refunds and buyers are responsible for shipping.
Due to the nature of them, personalized/engraved items cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged. Please check your personalization/color/design choice to make sure it is correct before submitting your order.
In the rare event there is a problem with the manufacturing or we've made a mistake in the personalization of your item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Please message us through Etsy for any questions or concerns you may have.
Will I receive a proof before my item is made?
We don't automatically send proofs. However, there are times when we may reach out to you with questions about your order and may send you a proof.
In these cases, if we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll make your item using our best judgement based upon the information you provided when purchasing.
I placed and order and realized the address is wrong. What should I do?
Please reach out to us and we'll see if we can change the address. But due to the volume of orders we receive, there are no guarantees the new address gets used on the label.
Are the shipping transit times guaranteed?
Depending on your package, we'll use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship it. These shipping companies work hard to make sure your package will get to you on time and in most cases they do. However, sometimes things happen and they get delayed. Because we have no control over the shipping companies, we are unable to guarantee that your package will arrive by the expected date.
