Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get my cookies?
I require at least two weeks on all orders, however during slow weeks I can get orders out sooner. Please message me before purchasing to see if I can get cookies to you in time for your event.
I do sometimes get booked up for six weeks in advance, so check my shop announcement to ensure I have availability for your order.
If your event is more than two weeks away, please indicate what date you need the cookies by. I will ship 7 days prior to your event (with 2-3 day priority shipping) to ensure they will be fresh.
How many cookies come in a set?
Each listing is different. Read the listing description to find out how many cookies come in one order.
I can create an order of any size, just message me for a custom listing.
How are the cookies packaged?
Most cookies are packaged in heat-sealed cellophane bags. The bags are tight fitting. If you intend on adding a ribbon or bag topper, please contact me, and I will use a larger bag. For more details, please contact me for a photo of how the cookies are bagged.
Various orders labeled "gift box" come packaged in a cardboard gift box with a clear-view lid. The cookies are on a bed of crinkle-cut paper. Images for this type of packaging can be found on any listing labeled "gift box".
Do you make gluten, egg, or sugar free cookies?
Unfortunately I do not. My cookies do contain eggs, sugar, and gluten. They also contain soy products, corn products, dairy, and cocoa.
While my cookies do not contain any nut products, please note that my kitchen is not nut-free.
